Henry Agallar

Teacher

As a martial arts instructor with more than a decade of expertise, Henry Agallar specializes in both Brazilian jiujutsu and no-gi grappling. Furthermore, he is a nationally renowned high school wrestling coach. Agallar has instructed both aspiring mixed martial artists and everyday folks who wish to embrace martial arts as a means of increasing their confidence and strengthening their bodies. People of all ages and fitness levels, including children, can benefit from martial arts training, according to Agallar, who believes that martial arts training can help people build mental strength and discipline as well as physical strength and discipline.

As a fitness coach, Henry Agallar works with clients to help them improve in all areas of their fitness. He understands how intimidating it can be to begin as a white belt in a martial arts situation. Rather than starting from scratch, Agallar believes in meeting clients where they are and assisting them in developing the fundamental abilities that will allow them to thrive at a high level in martial arts. It is important to Agallar that all of his customers feel comfortable in their training sessions, even if it is their first time participating in a martial arts practice.

Accomplishing realistic goals that are both tough and feasible is what Agallar assists clients with. As clients and students achieve and exceed their objectives, Agallar analyzes their progress on a regular basis, creating new objectives to assist them in moving forward. Even though many customers consider achieving the next belt to be their ultimate goal, Agallar assists clients in breaking down the smaller milestones that must be completed before progressing to the next belt, allowing both clients and pupils to gain confidence as they progress through the ranks. He believes in assisting clients and students in staying just a little bit beyond of their zones, thereby pushing them to the next level of success.
