About Me

Henry Agallar has been teaching martial arts for more than ten years and is an expert in Brazilian jiu-jitsu and NoGi grappling. He is also well-known as a coach for high school wrestling. Agallar has taught people who want to become MMA fighters and regular people who want to use martial arts to boost their confidence and get in better shape. Agallar believes that martial arts can help people of all ages and fitness levels get stronger and more disciplined in their minds and bodies.

As a coach, Henry Agallar works with clients to improve all aspects of their fitness. He knows that starting in martial arts as a white belt can be scary. Agallar believes in meeting clients where they are and helping them develop the essential skills that will help them do well at a high level in martial arts. Even if it's their first time doing a martial arts workout, Agallar makes his clients feel at ease when they come to a training session.

Agallar helps people set goals that are both difficult and possible. As clients and students meet and exceed their goals, Agallar regularly reevaluates their progress and sets new plans to help them move forward. Many of Agallar's clients think that getting to the next belt is the ultimate goal, but he helps them break it down into smaller steps that need to be taken before they can move on to the next belt. This allows clients and students to gain confidence as they move up the ranks. He thinks the best way to help clients and students reach the next level of success is to help them stay just outside their comfort zones.

Agallar also teaches clients and students how to do strength training, eat well, and use martial arts to get fit. Properly fueling the body is essential for getting fitter, so Agallar works hard to keep up with the latest sports nutrition research to help his clients and students do well.

Henry Agallar has been practicing martial arts for years and has learned that it's essential to get good at the basics before moving on to more complex skills. His students learn from his patience and hard work, one class at a time. Clients and students trust Agallar's skills and see how they improve over time as proof of how good he is as a coach.

Henry Agallar studied martial arts and got his bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside and Olivet Nazarene University. Agallar's coaching is based on what he learned in school.

Henry Agallar also knows a lot about economics and keeps up with changes in the stock, retirement, cryptocurrency, and real estate markets. Agallar thinks that learning about money is essential for a healthy, happy life, and he likes to learn more about the constantly changing economy of today.

Henry Agallar has been named the Wrestling Coach of the Year in Racine County twice, which shows how much he cares about the sport. His athletes are inspired and motivated by how much he still cares about the sport. Agallar knows that wrestling requires discipline and attention to detail, and he teaches his wrestlers how to keep going when things get complicated. His training in martial arts helps him teach his wrestlers the mental and physical toughness they need to do well on the mat.

Henry Agallar knows how important it is to give back to his community, which is why he is happy to support the Racine United Way. Supporters of the United Way help people in their community get the help they need. The organization brings together government agencies, organizations that help people, teachers, and volunteers so that they can all work together to help their community.

Agallar is also proud to support the Ronald McDonald House. So many families who need medical care for their kids have to go far away from home to see specialists and get the treatments their kids need to get better. When a child is sick and needs medical care, it can be challenging for parents to pay for transportation and a place to stay. This is especially true if they can't work because they must take care of their sick child. The Ronald McDonald House gives siblings of a child in the hospital a place to stay, food, and fun things to do. Some of the money that runs the Ronald McDonald House comes from independent McDonald's franchise owners, but most comes from donors like Agallar.

Henry Agallar thinks it's essential to be an excellent example for his clients and students, so he does martial arts to stay in shape and set a good example. Agallar also pays attention to the UFC.

Agallar also has a website where he shares his love of martial arts with others and gives them tips and tricks to help them improve.
